Dairy-Free Recipes

So, due to several issues we're trying to resolve with my son, the GI has asked us to try him on a dairy-free diet for one month.  I already have a hard time thinking of things to feed him, and I am not a chef or off-the-top-of-my-head cook, so I was wondering if you lovely ladies might have some family-friendly dairy-free recipes you would be willing to share.

Thanks for your help!

It just so happens that I have a ton of Dairy Free recipes on my recipe blog!

I just went through and marked them. I have a few more recipes that have cheese (that can be optional) that I didn't mark. I can if you'd like and save you the trouble of searching. I also did not add the recipes with cream of ... soups because I'm ignorant and don't know if that counts as dairy or not.

If not, let me know and I'll go through and mark those to.

Good luck with B!

This shall be my project for the day - but until I finish it, I suggest you also e-mail/call Kim since Keegan has a TON of dietary restrictions. Like...a bazillion or something. Poor kid has never had pizza. :(

Here's a site that my cousin uses a lot. They have some of the yummiest recipes and a whole section of dairy free.

In think B will soon learn to eat in a more imaginative way and I'm betting you will find some things that will certainly become his favorites. The options in the stores now are amazing.
