About Us

We created this blog to give parents a place to share advice and lessons they learned the hard way. Being a parent isn't easy, and we have better things to do than scour self-help and parenting books looking for the answers. And believe me, more than once I wished I were my child's pediatrician.

We come from all walks of life and hail from different cities, states and countries. Nevada, California, Utah, Idaho, Ohio, Montana and even a few transplant Canadians.

We may not be experts, but we love our kids.

I am a stay-at-home mom of one darling little boy. I love to read and write books almost as much as I love being a mother. I suffer through my husband's John Wayne movies, but I secretly love them just as much as he does. And I rock.

I am a stay-at-home mom to two little girls. I am an artist and illustrator that loves to draw, paint, read, write, and swim. I am married to a brilliant workaholic that enjoys diet soda and Excel spreadsheets. And I am everything.

I'm a stay-at-home-mommy to the 2 cutest, busiest girls in the world. I am married to a dairy farmer who loves his girls, his cows and baseball. In my spare time (what's that?!) I love to shop, decorate, shop some more and attempt to be crafty. I heart adoption, animals, small town life and my family. And I'm marvelous.

I'm blessed to be a stay-at-home mom of a rambunctious 2-year-old boy who keeps me on my toes and occasionally at my wits end. Besides parenting, my interests cycle through crafts, sewing, blogging, music, and writing and never two at the same time. Most of the time I'm flying by the seat of my pants as a mother so, although I have a few things to say, don't believe I think I'm an expert in any way imaginable! And I'm amazing.

I'm a stay-at-home mommy to an almost 3 year-old boy and a 17 month old little girl. They are my everything, but when I have some "me" time, I like to read, play the piano, and spend time with my wonderful husband. As my kiddos keep getting bigger (why do they DO that?), we like to find fun, new places where they can explore, learn...and get their energy out. And I'm remarkable.

I'm a full time working mother. I have three five year old girls (yes you read that correctly). It's fun to learn how very different those three girls can be! I recently married the love of my life and can not wait to add to our already wonderful family. I love to read, write and have fun. But my passion, besides being a mother and wife, baking! I love to bake and decorate cakes, cupcakes, brownies and cookies! I am fantasical (fantastic and magical).

My name is Mindi. I'm a mom of 2 boys. I'm a stay-at-home mom that enjoys scrap booking, sewing, photo shopping, and vinyl crafts. On the rare occasion that both boys are napping at the same time, I enjoy a good book. And I'm fabulous.

Nicole
I teach at an online high school from home while keeping my 2 year old busy, engaged in learning activities, developing different life skills and growing into a healthy, happy little boy. I'm married to the biggest BYU fan out there. We're expecting our second little boy the day after Christmas. I love geocaching, reading, spending time with my boys (husband included in that) outside, quilting and I'm trying to write a book in my "spare time". And I'm incredible.
